TRAINING OF STAFF
Asian diagnostics conducts periodic training of its staff members to remain at par with the latest technologies and recent guidelines. Internal audits are conducted to ensure that our team is competent to carry out all diagnostic procedures with absolute proficiency. In addition to the same, all technicians undergo certified training programs (conducted by third-party institutes like the ‘Foundation of Quality (India)’. Post founding Asian Diagnostics in 1999, he has worked as the Director for Asian Diagnostics along with his role as a Consultant Pathologist. Has been primarily responsible for the immense success for Asian Diagnostics which has also resulted in the recent launch of Asian Hospital.

Apart from generating new clients and reaching out to newer geographies, it is the marketing team's endeavor to generate awareness and extensively promote our specialized In-Vitro Allergy tests and Food intolerance tests.

With a skilled and professionally trained technical team, Asian Diagnostics aims to maintain the shortest turn-around time possible to deliver reports to our patients. The technical team at Asian prides itself on the accuracy and reliability of its results and has been valued for the same by its clients across its years of existence.

The marketing team is backed by the sample collection team of over 25 associates who manage the sample collection process of over X samples per day from Bangalore, and areas of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. This has enabled Asian to be able to provide specialized diagnostic services to over 1500 private practitioners and medical organizations outside of Bangalore.
